Select: Function selector button MENU > control button Setup MMI > Display settings.
Switch off display
The display can be switched off manually. To switch the display on again, press one of the function selector buttons or the BACK button.
Display brightness
You can alter the brightness of the display by turning the rotary pushbutton clockwise or anti-clockwise.
Note
  • If the MMI display has been switched off, it will be switched on automatically for the duration of a phone call (on vehicles with a car telephone kit* or phone pre-installation*).
  • If the display is switched off, you can still change the station by pressing the ON/OFF button -4- Fig. 1 on the control console to the left or the right, for example when you are listening to the radio.
