Applies to vehicles: with remote control
If the background lighting on the remote control starts to flash, the battery is weak and should be changed.
Release the latch Fig. 1.
Lift the cover.
Change the battery. The diagram in the battery compartment shows how the battery should be fitted.
Place the notches of the cover into the lower section of the battery compartment and press the cover back into place.
For the sake of the environment
Batteries contain toxic substances. They must be disposed of appropriately and must not be discarded with ordinary household waste.
Note
- You should use only batteries that have been approved for the remote control.
- Please contact your Audi dealer or specialist retailer should you require a new battery.
