Front seat: Head restraint

Adjust the head restraint so that the top of the head restraint is between the centre and the top of the head. If this is not possible, try to adjust the head restraint as near as possible to this position.
Grip the sides of the head restraint with both hands and slide it up or down until you feel it click into place.
