Applies to: vehicles with Audi connect vehicle control services
To use the Audi connect vehicle control services1), please note the following:
Requirements
- You must have registered at www.audi.com/myaudi and verified your account.
- You must have entered the vehicle code in the infotainment system. The code can be found on the plastic key fob provided with the keys when the vehicle was delivered.
- Your mobile devices will need to be compatible.
- The Audi MMI connect app must have been installed and started on your mobile device.
- You must be logged in to your myAudi account in the Audi MMI connect app and must have selected your vehicle.
Entering the vehicle code
Select: MENU button > Audi connect > Display available functions (if necessary) > right control button Audi connect user administration > Key user > Set key user.
- Enter the user name of your verified myAudi account and the vehicle code.
- Select and confirm Login. You are now set as the key user.
Licence periods
The validity and the time remaining on your licences is displayed. If the Licence expiry warning function is switched on, a message will be displayed before the licence expires.
Select: MENU button > Audi connect > Display available functions > right control button > Licence periods.
Resetting the key user
Important: The key user must have been set.
Select: MENU button > Audi connect > right control button > Audi connect user administration > Key user > Reset key user.

Note
- Store the vehicle code in a safe place as you may need to enter it again.
- When entering the vehicle code, please note that the system is case-sensitive.
- The vehicle code is blocked after it has been entered incorrectly multiple times. In this case, please contact an Audi dealership to request a new code.
