- A mobile phone with SIM Access Profile must be connected to the car telephone kit Link, or
- A SIM card must be inserted in the SIM card reader

- Your SIM card must be configured for Audi connect services Link.
- A mobile phone network and an Internet connection must be available.

- Audi connect services are a mobile communication/Internet-based system. Should it still not be possible to use Audi connect services although all requirements are met, please try again later.
- Audi connect services cannot be used when a mobile phone is connected to the MMI system via the Handsfree Profile.
